OK Wallet is a Mobile Financial Services application offered by ONE Bank Limited. It is designed to provide a simple, user-friendly, and highly secure platform for various financial transactions such as sending money, mobile recharges, bill payments, and in-store purchases using QR codes or the OK merchant payment gateway. The app offers the convenience of checking account balances and more.

The security of OK Wallet is reinforced by OTP (One Time Password) verification and the use of a unique PIN for transactions, ensuring a protected and reliable wallet service.

Registering for OK Wallet is a straightforward process. Users can self-register by downloading the app and providing identification details like NID and a photo, or by visiting a ONE Bank Branch or OK Wallet Agent Point with valid identification documents.

Accessing your OK Account is easy - simply log in to the app by entering the OTP and PIN sent to your registered phone number. For USSD users, services can be accessed by dialling *269#.

The app features user-friendly navigation with a comprehensive menu that grants easy access to multiple financial services. Users can conveniently add money to their OK Wallet account from bank accounts or VISA/Master cards, recharge mobile balances, pay bills, and make various payments without the hassle of manual input thanks to the option to select recipients from their contact list.

Additionally, OK Wallet allows for quick and error-free financial transactions through QR code scans at merchant outlets or agent points.

Users can also withdraw cash from their OK Wallet accounts via ONE Bank ATMs with an associated service charge. Detailed transaction history and limits can be monitored through the app, providing users with greater control over their finances.

To ensure security while using OK Wallet, users are advised against sharing passwords or OTPs, falling for fraudulent schemes, using untrusted mobile devices, and not logging out after completing online transactions. In cases of suspicious calls or requests, users are encouraged to verify the identity of the caller and contact the ONE Bank Call Centre immediately.
