Accessing your OK Account is easy - simply log in to the app by entering the OTP and PIN sent to your registered phone number. For USSD users, services can be accessed by dialling *269#.

The app features user-friendly navigation with a comprehensive menu that grants easy access to multiple financial services. Users can conveniently add money to their OK Wallet account from bank accounts or VISA/Master cards, recharge mobile balances, pay bills, and make various payments without the hassle of manual input thanks to the option to select recipients from their contact list.
